Organiser's Comments

Thanks to the 15 of you who came to Ferry Meadows this Tuesday. It would seem that you all enjoyed your runs. You will note that Tom beat his father by a few seconds, but this would have been by few minutes had he not screwed up big time on the longest leg. But then he could have swum the river!!!

As usual I was disappointed in the numbers who didn't come. I wonder why. Sawtry, but a few miles down the road, had more success, but was hardly runnable off track. Interestingly 3 past members of WAOC turned up, just to say "Hello", Phil, Margaret and Ruth Watson, who live not a million miles away, and close to Mike Capper's doorstep.
