Why might you want to use the Entry Slip template?
1. You can fill the slip out in advance, using a pen that works, at home, in the dry, in writing we can decode in the download tent.
2. It saves you struggling to remember your SI number, BOF number, etc.
You can decide to leave some bits blank until the day (for instance you might not choose your course until the day)
Please do not reduce or enlarge.
Please note, we are making this template available to those who might want to use it, as an experiment. Please do not feel obliged to use this, we will still continue to hand out pre-printed slips on the day.

School Group Entry
School Groups are encouraged to contact the event organiser and send in a completed entry form with payment in advance. These forms are already used for ESSOL events but the entry form is suitable for any large school group at any WAOC event.
