Once more, we are holding our AGM this year in the room above the cafe at Milton Country Park.
All club members are encouraged to take part in the Street Score event, which has a mass start at 4pm, and stay for our Annual Prizegiving and brief AGM afterwards.

Score course (45 mins) has mass start at 4 pm. Annual prizegiving begins at around 5pm, followed by AGM - all to finish before 6:30 pm latest |

Street-O score course using both the Country Park and the surrounding village. (Junior course will be confined to teh Country Park).
This event will use fixed landmarks, not orienteering flags or punching, so remember to bring a pen! |

| Changing facilities |
The upstairs room is carpeted - we need to keep this as clean as we can, so if you have run, please remember to change footwear before coming up the stairs.
You will be able to leave items such as a change of clothes in the room above the cafe, while you run, and you can use the loos for changing if you like. The downstairs cafe will still be open at 4pm, and may still be open when we gather after our runs. We will have use of the upstairs room, not the cafe downstairs.

| Refreshments |
Drinks and snacks will be provided in the room above the cafe before the AGM. This will be along the lines of hot drinks (tea/coffee) and soft drinks with biscuits and cake, not a full blown buffet, so please do not feel you need to contribute any food or drink. |
