A note from WAOC's Captain, Graham Louth, regarding entries for the Compass Sport Cup qualifier on 17th February

Dear WAOC members

This year WAOC is competing in the Compass Sport Cup Qualifier at Fineshade Wood near Corby on Sunday 17 February. This inter-club competition is not just for the superstars - it is a full club competition and it is really important that we have as many WAOC members competing as possible, to maximise our chances of once again winning through to the National Final (which is in the Forest of Dean in October).

This event is pre-entry only (other than for the non-competitive White and Yellow courses), the closing date for entries is Thursday 1 February, and all pre-entry has to be done through me.

So please would all of you that are available and ready to compete for WAOC at this important event let me know asap, preferably by email to . Please also let me have the following information for each competitor:

Name,
2013 Age Class,
BOF Number,
SI Dibber Number (or Hire),
Preferred course (see below),
Preferred start time (Early/Middle/Late)

The following courses are available (with the following restrictions on who can compete on each):

The cost is £12 per adult, £6 per junior (with a £1 charge for parking).

Unfortunately parking is currently going to be some way away from the start and finish with competitors being bused from car park to start, and from finish to car park - a 15 min ride each way apparently. I don't as yet know whether assembly will be at the car park or in the forest.
