Well done to all of Juniors that ran on Sunday's Yvette Baker Trophy Qualifier at Haughley Park in Suffolk. WAOC beat both SUFFOC and SOS and so are through to the National Final in the Wyre Forest on Sunday 5th December - put the date in your diary now, more details nearer the time. Congratulations to Tom Hemingway who was selected for England for the Junior Home International in Scotland 11/12 Sep. England won over Scotland, Ireland 3rd Wales 4th.
Well done also to Thomas Louth, Sophie Louth, Tom Hemingway, William Louth, Catherine Hemingway and Jonny Cronk, who represented WAOC in the Peter Palmer Relays at the Chetwynd Barracks near Nottingham on 19 Sep. They put up the best ever position for the club: 7th. Also 3rd in the Jean George Trophy for total age 90 or under.
